 The function of Public institution "Bureau of employment", in accordance to the saw about Interposal in Employment and social security of the unemployed and to other acts, is focused on goals which are supposed to be realized in fields of implementation of right to work; creating conditions for hiring population capable for work; satisfying the need of organizations and employers for work; reemployment of workers for whose work there is no more need; Implementation of rights on basis of temporary unemployment and their social, material and legal protection; fixation of rights of people in case of unemployment; implementation of programs of professional orientation; training and prequalification of the unemployed and their re-employment on adequate jobs; Collecting the data about the unemployed and delivering them to the Federal Bureau; Booking of work - licenses to foreigners and persons without citizenship at the approval of Federal Bureau; and it deals with other affairs imposed by law. The departments of bureau of employment in municipalities function trough sector for interposal, employment and qualifying of the unemployed. |
